My cat likes to scratch so we decided it was time for me to find a place where I could bring him to if I wanted to have him clipped. The vet recommended a local clinic close to home as it would be easier for me to do. I found out however, that it could take up to two hours to be ready for my cat to be clipped. When the waiting period was over, I called the clinic and was told that my cat would need to be in by 9 am sharp for surgery. Was I willing to deal with that?
As far as pets go, my cat is a very healthy young cat. He has not had any health issues that would prevent him from walking around and playing. He does get a little nervous sometimes but otherwise is a very healthy cat. On the other hand, he is a bit older now so that should be expected. Because of this, his claws have started to grow out a little and now he is wondering where I can take him to get them clipped.
After doing some research online I found a great place where they can give my cat his clipping at home. It is going to cost me twenty dollars per session which is really affordable. Because my cat is only going to need one clipping, it is not a big deal for me. I will save the other twenty dollars since I know I will never have to pay for the same service twice.
Where can i take my cat to get nails cut
I asked the question of where can I take my cat to get nails clipped when I first brought him home. After I explained all of his growing problems, I decided that I would let him live his life like he was just a baby. For the most part, he has been following the rules. He gets to eat and drink on his own and he doesn’t have to use the litter box any longer. He also has more access to his food and water.
I found that this was working pretty good until one day he decided that he didn’t want to use the litter box any longer. Since he couldn’t have any accidents in his room, I took him to his designated area in our yard to eliminate. When he asked me what was going on, I told him that I would take him to his place on Friday evening. He was not happy about this as he did not like having to walk two blocks.
So, on Friday evening, I took my cat to his new place. I sat him down in my living room where I had plenty of room. My cat seemed quite content there until I opened the door and began to tell him that he needed to go outside in order to relieve himself. My cat became startled and started to howl. I asked him what happened and he said that he saw a strange dog. I told him to calm down because it was going to be okay.
So, I scooped him up and threw him on my sofa. I then asked him where can I take my cat to get nails cut. My cat began to howl again and barked at me. I then told him to get his coat wet and cleaned and rubbed his belly until he quieted down.
I then scooped him up again and set him in my cat bed. He fell asleep and snuggled up to me. He looked like he was ready to cry but didn’t. Instead he purred when I scratched behind his ears and purred even more when I tickled his tummy. That night he slept like a log. Thank god for Cats and Dogs.
